Welcome to HaircutPreview (“Service”), hosted at https://haircutpreview.com. By accessing our website, uploading photographs, or purchasing hairstyle try-on credit packs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use HaircutPreview. By submitting photographs to the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
2. User Content & Photograph Warranties
When uploading a selfie or image, you affirm that:
- You own all intellectual property rights to the photograph or possess explicit legal authorization from the subject depicted in the image.
- The photograph depicts an adult subject and does not depict minors under any circumstances.
- You grant HaircutPreview a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, temporary license to process, resize, and modify the photograph solely for generating your requested hairstyle preview.
3. AI Simulation Disclaimer
HaircutPreview produces algorithmic neural visual simulations designed to aid haircut planning and barber communication. AI cannot account for all biological hair variables, such as individual scalp elasticity, whorls, cowlick growth grain, or individual hairdresser cutting techniques. We do not warrant that your actual physical haircut will identically duplicate the digital simulation.
4. Credit Packs, No-Subscription Guarantee & Refunds
HaircutPreview sells one-time credit packs:
- No Recurring Subscriptions: You will never be enrolled in auto-renewing subscriptions or recurring monthly charges.
- Credit Consumption: One (1) credit is deducted only upon successful generation of a high-definition hairstyle preview.
- Automatic Refund on Failures: In the event of a system error, model timeout, or safety block, the reserved credit is immediately released back to your balance.
- Validity Periods: Starter Pack credits remain valid for 7 days; Plus Pack credits remain valid for 30 days from purchase.
- Refund Policy: Because computational inference costs are incurred immediately upon generation, all completed deliveries are final, except as mandated by applicable statutory consumer protection regulations or in instances of duplicate billing errors.
5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to upload photographs depicting nudity, violence, harassment, copyright infringement, or third parties without their explicit consent. HaircutPreview reserves the right to immediately terminate access for any user violating these provisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HaircutPreview shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service or any haircuts performed by independent salon professionals.
